The Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL were announced at the beginning of the month and will launch next week. If you’ve been on the fence on whether or not to buy one, you can head into a Verizon Wireless retail store today and try one out.
Scott Charlston, who does PR for Verizon, tweeted out recently that if you head into a Verizon retail store, you can get a hands-on preview of the Pixel 2. The hands-on preview begins today, October 12, but there’s no word on if it ends or not before the phones officially launch on October 19. If one had to guess, it would probably be a safe bet that you can expect to find a Google Pixel 2 on hand at a Verizon store beginning today and well into the future.
If you do decide to pick one up, you can pre-order both the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL today. According to Verizon’s online store, the 64GB Pixel 2 in any of the three colors will be delivered by October 19, and the 128GB model is the same way. The Pixel 2 XL, on the other hand, has a delivery date of October 25 for the 64GB black model and November 1 for the white and black model. The 128GB black model arrives on October 25 and the white and black variant arrives November 8.
