OnePlus made a big splash at Qualcomm‘s Tech Summit this week, when it was announced that the Chinese brand would be first to offer a Snapdragon 855 device. But the manufacturer also revealed that it’s one of many brands working on a 5G smartphone for 2019.
Now, CEO Pete Lau has told The Verge that we can expect the 5G model to be significantly more expensive than its other smartphones.
“It’s hard to know because there’s a lot of specifics still to look at, but it’s likely in the neighborhood of $200-300 more,” Lau told the outlet via a translator.
